Rhonda Taylor rejoined the team in 2022 and has a master’s degree from the University of Mississippi with more than 20+ years of human resource experience in various industries from distribution, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and mental health. Rhonda believes strongly in effectively promoting employee empowerment which emphasizes the importance of giving employees the tools, resources, and support needed to grow to their maximum potential. She currently resides in Pontotoc County and enjoys spending time with her family.
